Carolina Cooker® Preseasoned Cast Iron Wok Set

Cast iron woks provide even heating while cooking, and may be used for different styles of cooking. This wok has a flat bottom and measures 14 inches in diameter x 3-1/2 inches deep. The molded cast iron handles on each side measure 2-3/4 inches wide for easier transport from oven or campfire to table. Included in this set are a pair of 14 inch long chopsticks, 10 inch long tongs, and a steel grate that attaches to the top of the wok and suspends over half of the surface. The half grate provides an additional surface to let fried food drip excess oil, or to allow food to be steamed.
